The local food scene is abuzz lately with the myriad ways in which Metro Government is apparently trying to make it impossible for these folks to operate. Lil Cheezers, for instance, has been quite vocal on Facebook about obstacles they face while trying to conduct business in Louisville. And others are beginning to speak up.

Lil Cheezers’ menu looks delish and reasonable. While all their specialty sandwiches are appealing, I’d be more than happy with a $5 grilled brie sandwich, straight up, no add-ins.

We did talk to the Mayors office and they were very receptive. We are able to operate easily these days. Thanks!

Oh please park in front of Kosair Children’s Hospital, on a weekend. I know my fellow co-workers would appreciate a different (& delicious) option for lunch other than McDonald’s & our way over priced, mediocre cafeteria!!!! How can I help make this happen? Oh please say you will!!

Here’s an idea for a sandwich: Havarti, pear preserves, pecans, pear or apple slices. I make it at home and the pear preserves really make the sandwich!

I just wanted to say your sandwiches & chips are great. I just had it for the first time on Bishop Lane. I had the Fancy Pants. First time trying Brie, it was very good. Hope you can come back again.
